If you choose to start with one mold package, the cost is $8,800. When you are ready to add your second mold set, and all sets after that, the cost will be $6,800. With the purchase of three mold sets, you qualify for exclusive territory. No other mold company offers this, and we offer it free of charge. How much is that worth to you?
Other equipment you will need to purchase from your local supplier (if you do not already own) are: mortar mixer, wheel barrow, lumber (for mold tables), pallet jack or fork lift, trailer (to deliver stone) and a few miscellaneous hand tools. We include with your training manual, a detailed blueprint and photos so you can have your vibrator table built locally.
Your manufacturing facility should consist of a building with at least 800 sq. ft. of open concrete floor space per 100 sq. ft. mold package and the ability to heat in the winter if necessary.
